Bio / presentation
The Arts and Theatre Institute (ATI), established in 1959 by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, is a state-funded organization dedicated to providing comprehensive services in the field of theatre and other arts, including music, literature, dance, and visual arts. Its mission is to collect, process, and provide access to materials related to theatre, conduct research, educational activities, and participate in international projects. Additionally, it publishes specialized and scholarly literature and hosts the Creative Europe Desk Czech Republic – Culture Programme.
