Bio / presentation
The Designers Association of the Valencian Community (ADCV), founded in 1985, brings together professionals, students, educators, and design-related entities. It is a non-profit organization that promotes design as a strategic tool to improve the environment and generate social and economic value. ADCV develops projects, publications, and training, and collaborates with institutions like READ, BEDA, and World Design Capital Valencia 2022. Its headquarters are at Las Naves, the municipal innovation center. ADCV defends professional dignity, opposes speculative competitions, and actively participates in institutional, social, and business processes where design plays a key role.
