Turquino is a non-profit association based in Aragón, focused on children's education through leisure activities. Founded in 1997 by enthusiasts of mountain life and summer camps, its mission is to promote coexistence, environmental respect, and meaningful experiences in nature. Since its inception, Turquino has organized a summer camp in Broto (Huesca), and now also hosts spring weekend camps for younger children. Though fully independent, it collaborates with other educational and youth organizations. All activities are led by qualified volunteer monitors. Guided by values of respect and shared learning, Turquino remains faithful to its founding spirit, offering children joyful and enriching outdoor experiences.
