Bio / presentation

According to the 1994 UNESCO Public Library Manifesto, the Public Library is a local information hub that ensures access to knowledge, promotes lifelong learning, independent decision-making, and both individual and collective cultural development. It must be equipped to provide equal access to information resources regardless of citizens’ economic, physical, or educational conditions. The Center offers various facilities: Workshop Room, Study Room, Reading Room, Periodicals and Internet Access Room, and a Children's Reading Room. Educational institutions may also request to use the children’s room and its resources during morning hours upon prior arrangement.
