The Cuevas del Drach, located in Porto Cristo (Mallorca), are one of the main tourist attractions in the Balearic Islands. Inside lies Lake Martel, one of the largest underground lakes in the world. These natural caves, shaped over thousands of years by water erosion, stretch for more than one kilometre and offer a fascinating journey through stalactites and stalagmites. The visit includes a live classical music concert performed from boats floating on the lake, creating a unique sensory experience. The caves are privately owned and managed by the company Cuevas del Drach S.A., representing a perfect blend of natural heritage, music, and sustainable tourism.
