Culturelink is a global network for research and cooperation in cultural policies, focused on strengthening communication among institutions, researchers, and cultural sector professionals. Founded in 1989 under the auspices of UNESCO and the Council of Europe, it is based in Zagreb, Croatia. Culturelink promotes information exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and comparative analysis of cultural policies worldwide, with a strong emphasis on developing and transitioning countries. It publishes research, organizes international conferences, and facilitates cooperation projects exploring topics such as sustainable development, cultural diplomacy, and cultural diversity. Its mission is to help build more inclusive, innovative, and culturally rich societies through knowledge and international cooperation in the field of culture.
