Bio / presentation
The National Institute of Culture and History (NICH) is Belize's premier cultural institution, dedicated to safeguarding, promoting, and developing the country's cultural diversity. Through its divisions—the Institute of Archaeology, Institute of Creative Arts, Institute for Social and Cultural Research, and Museum of Belize and Houses of Culture—NICH collaborates with communities to preserve tangible and intangible heritage. It organizes cultural events, manages archaeological sites, and provides educational programs.
