The Platform of Independent Contemporary Creation Spaces is a non-profit cultural association established in 2022 under the legal name “Asociación de Espacios Independientes de Creación Contemporánea”. Its main objective is to give voice to and make visible the needs and potential of independent creative spaces by organizing informative, educational, and advocacy activities. Based in Madrid, the platform brings together over 30 independent cultural spaces that promote artistic experimentation, community engagement, and cultural innovation. Through training programs, exhibitions, and collaborative projects, the platform strengthens the role of independent initiatives in the contemporary arts ecosystem.
