Bio / presentation

‘There are no right answers to wrong questions’. Expert in Creative Economy, consultant, manager and cultural mediator. Economist specialising in Regional and Urban Economics and Master in Business Management. He is the founder of Conexiones improbables, where he has conceptualised and developed its methodological framework. For 40 years he has led hundreds of cultural, innovation, communication and public awareness projects, promoting the Social Economy and entrepreneurship in many different sectors, especially in the cultural and creative ones. He is also one of the creators of Kultursistema, a methodology for mapping, analysis and interpretation of cultural and creative ecosystems. His advice and teaching are required in numerous conferences and courses at national and international level, especially in Europe and Latin America, having taught or given lectures in more than 20 countries. He is currently a lecturer in different masters and university specialities in Cultural Management in Spain, Peru and Argentina. He is also the author of several publications and articles on cultural management, creative sectors, communication, social economy and innovation. He participates in different European projects and networks. He is also a collaborating consultant for international entities such as the Inter-American Development Bank.
