Bio / presentation
Sempre Arriba is the clown and circus company I perform with. I am Marta Iglesias, a multidisciplinary Galician artist. After seven years working as a hospital clown with the Theodora Foundation, and collaborating with other companies in clowning, improvisation, street theatre, and circus, I began my solo journey in 2018. Specialized in Michel Dallaire’s clown pedagogy, I aim to create shows that engage in direct conversation with the audience, incorporating circus techniques within a more theatrical framework.
